   This has created several ‘work from home’ and ‘work from anywhere’ gig type opportunities with our company:

USED AIRCRAFT LOCATORS ‘BIRD-DOGS’

   Used Aircraft Locators – we have an immediate need for ‘bird-dogs’, that is people who will refer us airplanes that they find on airports that can be purchased at a reasonable price allowing us to purchase, recondition then make the airplane available for resale.

     We recommend you check bulletin boards at FBOs for planes for sale, look for ‘for sale’ signs (or flags) on planes on the flight line along with working with airport personnel such as; line guys (and gals) who refuel airplanes, mechanics, wash & detail people, airport mangers and others to let them know you are always looking for good buys on airplanes.

     Even working with existing flight schools and mom and pop sales FBOs can be a treasure trove of possibilities. We will provide you access to our V-REF account allowing you to validate the value of the plane and use that information in screening your efforts so you don’t waste time with overpriced planes that offer no potential for resale profit.

USED AIRCRAFT LISTERS – WORK AT HOME DATA ENTRY

   Used Aircraft Listers – this is an ideal opportunity for anyone wanting to stay at home that has decent computer skills and some basic knowledge of airplanes and aviation.

   In this capacity we will provide you to links of airplanes we’ve pre-determined are of interest. From the link (usually an aircraft ad listing in any of the popular planes) you will populate the information found in the ad into our database.

   You will also download the images and place them in a file for upload. Our inside sales team will then use that information to contact the seller in an attempt to purchase their airplane for acquisition and resale.  You are paid an hourly fee plus bonus for what we purchase.

AIRCRAFT LEASEBACK CONSULTANT

   Aircraft Leaseback Consultant – with the huge resurgence of flight schools to meet the current and future demand for professional pilots there is likewise an insatiable need for aircraft to meet those needs. The most popular method of providing flight schools and other flight operators with planes for their flight line(s) is through the often misunderstood leaseback concept.

   While filled with horror stories there are likewise many success stories of properly structured leasebacks where the aircraft owner has not only the advantage of an added monthly income but also the tremendous tax benefits associated with owning a plane and leasing it out to a reputable flight operator.

   We train you in the nuances of ‘leasebacks’ and your job is to connect our buyers and our aircraft with FBOs in your area that have an interest in having newer planes on their flight lines. You are paid a sizable commission for each such placement. These are most often the newer generation of Cessna 172s (1997 and up), 182s and 206s along with other well maintained older Cessnas and Pipers.
